Our "DINE-amic Dolphin Drawing" Gift Basket Fundraiser Kicks-off Tomorrow!

The Dry Diggins Dolphins Swim Team kicks off its first fundraising event of the year this weekend!  Tickets for our "DINE-amic Dolphin Drawing" will be sold in front of Placerville Safeway from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on both Saturday and Sunday, January 30/31.  Next weekend, February 6/7, we'll be in front of Placerville Raleys from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.  Tickets may also be purchased daily, through February 8, at "Flowers on Main", located at 318 Main Street in Downtown Placerville.

A "Wine and Dine" gift basket, valued at more than $600, is the Grand Prize.  The basket includes ELEVEN $50 gift cards from fine area restaurants including Heyday Cafe, Macaroni Grill, Los Hermanos, Pete's Restaurant and Brewhouse, Cascada, and others ALONG WITH A FULL CASE OF ASSORTED LOCAL WINES, from wineries including Madrona Vineyards.

Tickets for this fantastic prize sell for $10 each, with proceeds going toward new equipment for the Dry Diggins Dolphins Swim Team and to support their Swimmer Financial Assistance Fund.

The drawing will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010.  Ticketholders need not be present to win.  The winner will be contacted by phone and their name will be published on our Team website, located at www.drydigginsdolphins.com.
